Traditional Cooking

It takes 8 – 10 hours long to process the traditional Balinese BBQ pork ribs. Cooking the ribs with firewood might sound traditional and cost-ly; however we believe it makes the ribs more tender than modern cooking.  We use also Balinese Coconut Oil that has been used for generation in Balinese household.
